The contact form. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number and message. We use them for one purpose: responding to you. The details are emailed to us and are not added to any mailing list, shared with third parties for marketing, or sold. Our form email is delivered via a processing provider (Resend); the site is hosted on Cloudflare.

The Start-Up Guide (free tool). When you use our roadmap tool we collect your first name (optional), email address and your answers about your business, and use them for one purpose: building and sending your roadmap. A first draft is generated with the help of an AI provider (Anthropic's Claude API) — your answers are sent to Anthropic for that single purpose, and Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models. Delivery email runs via Resend, and the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. If you tick the optional tips box, we'll send occasional tips for builders — you can unsubscribe at any time.

No marketing without consent. We do not send electronic marketing without your prior opt-in consent (POPIA s69). If you become a client, we may send service communications relevant to your engagement.

Client information. Engagement information is handled under our engagement letter, professional confidentiality (SAICA Code of Professional Conduct), and applicable law, including the Tax Administration Act.

Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing — email the Information Officer. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforeg.org.za).

Cookies. This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies.
